Payment Guide: Transferring Funds
Overview
- Purpose: How to set up your wallet, add funds, and pay for your order.
- Estimated time: 10–20 minutes (including identity verification with the selected provider).
Prerequisites
- A compatible mobile device
- A valid government ID (for provider verification)
- Sufficient funds on your card/bank for purchase and any fees
- Install and Set Up the App
- Download and install the wallet app from your device’s official app store.
- Open the app.
- Create a new wallet.
- Choose a username.
- Enable notifications.
- Enable biometric authentication (recommended for security).
- Proceed to the app’s main/home screen.
- Fund Your Wallet (Buy Digital Dollars)
- From the main screen, set up your wallet if prompted.
- Tap Buy/Sell (or Buy).
- Enter the order amount.
- Select a provider:

- If the amount is under $150: You may use Stripe

- Address or username mismatch: Stop immediately and contact support to confirm details.
- Network selection unclear: Do not send. Contact support for the correct network.
- Verification issues with provider: Ensure your ID is valid, well-lit, and matches your profile details.
Security and Best Practices
