Payment Guide: Transferring Funds

Payment Guide: Transferring Funds

Overview

  • Purpose: How to set up your wallet, add funds, and pay for your order.
  • Estimated time: 10–20 minutes (including identity verification with the selected provider).

Prerequisites

  • A compatible mobile device
  • A valid government ID (for provider verification)
  • Sufficient funds on your card/bank for purchase and any fees
  1. Install and Set Up the App
  1. Download and install the wallet app from your device’s official app store.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Create a new wallet.
  4. Choose a username.
  5. Enable notifications.
  6. Enable biometric authentication (recommended for security).
  7. Proceed to the app’s main/home screen.
  1. Fund Your Wallet (Buy Digital Dollars)
  1. From the main screen, set up your wallet if prompted.
  2. Tap Buy/Sell (or Buy).
  3. Enter the order amount.
  4. Select a provider:
    • Preferred: MoonPay
    • If the amount is under $150: You may use Stripe
  5. Create an account with the chosen provider and complete identity verification.
  6. Complete the purchase for the entered amount.
  7. After verification and purchase, convert the dollars into “digital dollars” (stablecoin) as prompted by the app.
  8. Confirm your updated balance is visible in your wallet.

Notes:

  • Processing times and fees vary by provider and payment method.
  • If the app requires a network selection, use the network specified in your order or confirmation. If unsure, contact support before proceeding.
  1. Pay for Your Order
  1. In the wallet app, tap Send.
  2. Choose the recipient:
    • Username: ttgstreamz
    • Or crypto address: 0xfEc0c68c1A19369436041cA3a55d72e2276633B6
  3. Verify the recipient:
    • If sending to a username, confirm it displays “ttgstreamz.”
    • If sending to the address, compare every character carefully. Consider copying and pasting, then re-check the first 6 and last 6 characters.
  4. If a pop-up warns you have not sent to this wallet before, review the details and proceed only if they match exactly.
  5. Enter the amount to send:
    • Tap Max to use the funds you just purchased (or enter the exact amount required).
  6. Tap Review Transfer and review all details:
    • Recipient (username or address)
    • Asset (the digital dollar you purchased)
    • Network (if shown)
    • Amount and fees
  7. Confirm/Complete the transaction.
  1. Confirmation and Proof of Payment
  1. After submitting, wait for the transaction to complete.
  2. Take a screenshot of the confirmed transaction (showing amount, asset, timestamp, and transaction/reference ID).
  3. Send the screenshot to us as instructed.
  4. Once payment is received or your screenshot is validated, we will send your account information.

Troubleshooting

  • Payment not appearing in wallet: Refresh the app or wait a few minutes; some providers take time to settle.
  • Address or username mismatch: Stop immediately and contact support to confirm details.
  • Network selection unclear: Do not send. Contact support for the correct network.
  • Verification issues with provider: Ensure your ID is valid, well-lit, and matches your profile details.

Security and Best Practices

  • Only send to the exact username “ttgstreamz” or the exact address 0xfEc0c68c1A19369436041cA3a55d72e2276633B6.
  • Double-check network and asset type before sending. Using the wrong network or asset can result in irreversible loss.
  • Never share your wallet seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
  • If anything looks unusual, pause and contact support.
